AVE Preliminary (MCQ) Examination
The next available sitting of the Preliminary (MCQ) Examination will be in 2024, likely in April. The closing date for applications and payment for the 2024 MCQ will be 8 February 2024.
All candidates then eligible to sit the MCQ will receive an application form when enrolments open later this year. As well, applicants assessed as eligible to sit the AVE before the 8 February closing date, will receive an application form for the MCQ at the time they are assessed as eligible.
AVE Final (Clinical) Examination
Two additional full clinical exam offerings are planned for 2023 and are scheduled for:
30 October – 2 November 2023; and
27 November – 2 December 2023
Expressions of interest in the two clinical exam sessions will be sought from eligible candidates in due course, likely in July.
