AVBC and its member regulators are committed to improving the efficiency of the handling of complaints against veterinary practitioners so that all stakeholders are better served.
The Faculty of Science, Agriculture, Business and Law (SABL) at the University of New England (UNE) is now taking applications for a PhD project supported by the NSW Veterinary Practitioners Board and endorsed by the Australian Veterinary Boards Council.
The project, “The Epidemiology of Complaints about Veterinary Practitioner”, aims to shed more light on the interrelationships among customer/process/employee recovery so that win-win outcomes are more likely for all stakeholders through effective interventions.
